Duties
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the Warehouse Lead and coordinate the receipt, inspection, and recording of IT equipment and materials.
Required profile
- Degree or education in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1 year of previous…
- Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems Intermediate/Advanced Written and spoken English is required
