An application (tailored CV, cover letter and the recruiter’s email address) costs 10 credits. Your 50 free credits are reset to 50 every Monday: last week’s unused credits do not roll over. Welcome credits and top-ups never expire.

Getting started (120 credits): connected mailbox (50 credits), sign-up, completed profile, CV added, search criteria set, first search, first application prepared and first one sent. Sharing (20 credits): the first time you share your referral link, on the network of your choice. Referrals (60 credits): 30 credits per friend who signs up with your link and confirms their email, up to 2 friends.
You can keep searching for offers, tracking your applications and sending the ones already prepared. Preparing new applications resumes the following Monday, or right away with a top-up or the Pass Pro.
A top-up is a one-off payment, with no subscription: €5 for 100 credits or €10 for 250 credits. Top-up credits never expire. Top-ups are capped at €10 per week and do not unlock Pro benefits (Autopilot, Pro templates).
Yes. With the Pass Pro you keep your 50 weekly credits and get 400 more every month. Credits that expire soonest are used first: the week’s, then the month’s, then your bonuses and top-ups.
Yes, online, from “Credits & Pro” (Stripe’s secure payment portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: Pro stays active until then, with no pro-rata refund.
No. The Pass Pro and top-ups give immediate access: before paying, you tick a box by which you request this immediate access and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). No refund is therefore made, neither for a started month of Pass Pro nor for top-up credits, which are not transferable either. A confirmation of each purchase is sent to you by email.
